A better fix might be to turn the pinion up towards the transfer case anyway, if you have driveline problems after removing the shims on the skid plate.I have the non HO 4.7 and about a month back I started getting a really bad knock at the top of my revs or if I let off the gas during an acceleration. Just my 2 cents, When I first got my jeep on 05, I primed the entire frame with Rustoleum primer and Rustoluem professional paint. Came out really good, and still holding up today. I added some displays to the Torque app to look at my O2 voltages and found this - O2 bank 2 position 2 is at 0.0V and bank 1 is at 1.3V. The bank 1 sensors are right at 0.85 ish volts.The Nutter bypass actually gets rid of about 75% of the wiring under the hood and several sensors not used. Biggest advantage is the elimination of 23+ years of old wires and sensors that may or may not be working correctly. The only way would be to check each circuit seperately and measure it against the factory tolerances.Motorcraft Vaccum Leak.
