You 're not showing file extensions (Windows explorer settings) but "file type" is WUX so i assume that the extension of the file is .wux Try to rename the file replacing (usa) with [usa] EDIT : you can also try to move the file elsewhere than in your documents (and close to the root of a drive to lower its path)
